we had a tough match last night and never really got into the game. Matt kept the opposition from scoring for a long time, but in the end they did manage to get a goal... We had only a few clear chances, but couldn't score. We missed the spark and crisp passing we demonstrated in the previous 2 games... the 1-0 loss was a fair reflection on the game, but we would have like to keep it a draw... the team lined up as follows: Matt - Goal Piet & Adam - Defense Mike & Paints - Midfield Lars (Jon T.2nd half) - Striker next week is cup week and we have 2 games...so we need a strong squad! great result again for us: 2-1 win! We dominated the entire match and only had a little laps of concentration at the end to give them their goal, but take nothing away from this effort... it was controlled, loads of pass & move, we created many chances and Simon & Mike combined greatly upfront and Mike struck twice! great goals and deserved 3 points! Team was: Goal - Matt H Defense - Paints & Piet Midfield - Mike & Charles (second half Jon T.) Striker - Simon Anyway, great result and well played! Lars Add new comment
